Hi! I am moving out so we have a room available in a lovely flat in Bruntsfield.
About the room and the flat - top floor flat with access to the garden. The room gets a lot of sunlight during the day, bright and lovely. There are 2 wardrobes, a desk and a shelf so lots of storage. No living room but our kitchen is spacious with big windows and big dining table where we have shared meals occasionally. Separate shower and toilet. We also have a pull up bar in the kitchen!
About the bills - council tax, gas and electricity and wifi) are around 140 per person per month. Gas and electricity is with Octopus.
About the current flatmates - Ruby and Lamond are friendly, respectful, tidy and easy-going! We are looking for a flatmate with the same vibe to keep the friendly, cozy and homey dynamic in this flat.
About the area - Bruntsfield! A lovely, cute neighborhood with an array of local businesses from cafes to gift shops to hairdressers! The meadows is also just a short walk away.
