Sunny Room in Bruntsfield

A lovely large room is opening up in my flat in Bruntsfield. Although rent and bills are expensive, the lovely flat and ideal location make up for it. You’d be sharing with two friendly but quiet flatmates, me (Lizzy) and Fraser. We tend to keep the flat quite tidy and sometimes we will have a wee chat in the evenings but we are quite quiet. The flat is pet friendly as well although we don’t have pets and you’d have to clear your pets with the agency. Lgbtq+ friendly!
