I’m looking for someone to take my room in a 5 bed flat in Bruntsfield. The room is available from the 1st of Feb(can be slightly earlier if needed).
Rent is £600
Bills around £45-60
Council tax is £46 but has been paid until May.

The flat is in a great location with lots of bus links and only a 10 minute walk into old town.

You’d be living with four lovely girls all in their early twenties. A mix of Masters, Grad jobs and Full-time work. Everyone is super friendly.

Rent is £600 a month + bills and council tax.

It would be for a minimum of 2 months but ideally until August when the other girls are planning on ending the lease. Send a wee message with a bit about yourself for any other information and some videos of the place.🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
