The room that will be free is a light & airy double. We have a large shared kitchen & living area with sofa & TV. There is also access to a shared garden and permit parking available on the street outside.
Our flat is about chilled, peaceful vibes as we all have full-time positions.
Room rent is £600 per month, not including council tax which is £55 each. Bills are changeable dependent on the time of year but usually work out around £40 a month.
We're looking to do flat viewings asap so there's a smooth changeover of tenants.
