Double Room in Bruntsfield

A double room will be available in a high ceilings, old residential building, three bedroom flat in Bruntsfield the 14th of June 2026.

The room is cosy rather than huge, with space for a double bed some storage and a desk, it has been rearranged since the pictures were taken and will try to update them soon.

The flat is on a quiet residential street just off Bruntsfield Place.

Rent is £540 per month. With bills and council it comes to around £720 per month.

The flat has a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere, it's a calm home rather than a party space.

We keep shared areas clean and tidy, to keep it comfortable for everybody. Guests are fine, some common sense goes a long way.

The kitchen and living room are both spacious and comfortable and we have one shared bathroom with (window! and) shower over tub. The flat is owned by a private landlord who is lovely, and we've had no problems.
