THE ROOM
Looking for 1 flatmate to join our lovely Bruntsfield home! The room is available early March but there's some flexibility regarding move-in dates. The room is spacious with nice natural light and has a desk, shelving and storage space.
THE HOUSE
A classic tenement house on the beautiful Bruntsfield Place, just a five minute walk away from the Bruntsfield Links with loads of lovely cafés and the Union Canal nearby. Good bus links & everything in Edinburgh centre reachable on foot in 15-30 minutes.
The house has a huge lounge with beautiful windows and loads of room for craft/arts projects, as well as an extra desk for working from home. There are two toilets (one bathroom + one single toilet). The kitchen has a dishwasher, 2 fridge/freezers & a washing machine, and there is space to store bicycles.
THE FLATMATES
You’ll be living with Beth, Iffah, Jack and Robbie – we are a mix of students and professionals with interests in writing, art, music, cooking, climbing, cycling and the (social) sciences...and much much more. While everyone has their own life going on, we also like to spend time together over various activities – cups of tea, cooking meals for one another, or a pub quiz. We also love a film night.
The house definitely has a home vibe going on, and we’re looking for someone who will participate in chores & taking care of the flat. While this is not a massive party flat, friends are always welcome to visit and often do. There is a sofa-bed in the lounge for anyone to use for guests.
