Looking for someone to share my flat with.

I am moving into my flat on Bruntsfield place and looking for a lodger to move in with me. The flat is on the second floor and consists of a large kitchen, 2 bedrooms (see photo for advertised room), lounge with bay window and toilet with bath/shower. Note that the photos are of the sale listing as I am currently in the process of painting the flat and updating the furniture.

Bruntsfield is a very popular area with great restaurants, cafes and bars located on the doorstep of the flat. The flat has the luxury of being right beside the Bruntsfield links/meadows for nice walk and picknicks in the summer. It is also walking distance from town. The flat has great public transport links with various bus routes near by and Haymarket train station only a 20 minute walk away,.

I am hoping to get someone in by June 1st but happy to be somewhat flexible so please feel free to message if interested. Rent will be £750 not including bills. Council tax and energy bills will be split between us. Wifi is included.

Now a bit about me. I am from Edinburgh and currently working as an accountant. I am fairly extroverted so enjoy socialising, whether that be going out with friends to the pub/for a BBQ in the summer or staying in for some drinks and playing a board games/cards. I enjoy playing sports such as golf, padel, tennis, squash, rugby (basically anything with a ball/racket), however, very much on a social level rather than competitive level. I am a big fan of movies and enjoy a good movie night as well as doing some cooking from time to time.
