Description
Hello!
We’re looking for a third roommate to join our flat in Bruntsfield.
We’re two women in our late twenties, Meah (29) and Issy (28). Meah’s interests include pottery, yoga, reading, and baking, while Issy’s include nature, illustration, and running. We’re seeking someone laid-back, artsy/creative, and overall just a nice person! About 2-3 times a month we like to share a communal home-cooked meal, so someone who’d like to join in with this would be ideal. We’re quite a social flat, but we still respect one another’s space. Guests are always welcome for a visit, and there is a box room where they can stay. Super LGBTQ-friendly.
Long-term renters (anyone looking to stay for at least a year) strongly preferred.
As for the actual flat, there is one bathroom and a kitchen/living area. There is a shared garden space for all tenants in the building. Bills are about £9 wifi; £74 council tax; and about £17 energy. Professionals preferred as students would have to contribute to the council tax. PLEASE NOTE: The rent will be increasing by £40 per person from August 2026 onwards, so the rent would be £630 thereafter.
— There is flexibility with the move-in date. The latest we’d like someone to move in would be mid-June. The landlord requires a credit check and proof of employment. —
Please get in touch if you are interested, including a short paragraph about you.
Thank you :)
