Bruntsfield Room Available in Cosy, Friendly Flat

We’re looking for a third roommate to join our flat in Bruntsfield.

We’re two women in our late twenties, Meah (29) and Issy (28). Meah’s interests include pottery, yoga, reading, and baking, while Issy’s include nature, illustration, and running. We’re seeking someone laid-back, artsy/creative, and overall just a nice person! We’re quite a social flat but respect one another’s space. Guests are always welcome for a visit, and there is a box room where they can stay. LGBTQ-friendly.

As for the actual flat, there is one bathroom and a kitchen/living area. There is a shared garden space for all tenants in the building. Bills are about £9 wifi; £74 council tax; and about £17 energy. Professionals preferred as students would have to contribute to the council tax.
