Double room for short lets

SHORT TERM LETS ONLY

Double room with king size bed in bright, spacious flat centrally located and very convenient for local shops, restaurants, bars and trans port links. Just 2 min walk from Bruntsfield Links and 20-25 min walk to the old town/Royal Mile. Looking for short lets only from two weeks up to 2-3 months. I am usually out a few nights a week and away one or two weekends a month. Quite outgoing and sociable and occasionally have friends over for dinner/drinks but more likely to go out! Generally pretty tidy but prone to the odd lazy day here and there. Free on street parking 5.30pm-8.30am, don't have pets but I ocassionally look after a friends dog so good if you’re ok with that. All bills and broadband included. Females preferred please. For anything else, please ask.

Price is for monthly lets. Price for weekly lets is £250/week with no deposit.
