Comfortable Bruntsfield Flat

Two double rooms are available in our large and comfortable Bruntsfield flat. The flat is double glazed and centrally heated and is situated in a quiet street, only a minute's walk from the Bruntsfield shops and bus stops. Bus links to the rest of the city are excellent and it's approximately 20 minutes' walk to the city centre.

We have one large double room and one small double room. The cost for the calender month will be £750 for the large double and £650 for the small double. The rooms are available from the 24th of August until the end of October with the potential to extend until Christmas. The owners have travel plans during this period.

This accommodation would suit postgraduate students or young professionals. We will only consider females. Thank you.
