Sensible postgrad sought for bespoke arrangement

Hi all! I have a room available in Colinton for a bit of a bespoke arrangement - knockdown rent, and in return you’d need to be happy to be around some mornings Mon-Fri for breakfast, and most evenings Mon-Fri to help my (high school age) daughter with dinner and generally to be around (in your room studying is fine, although someone who likes being around kids is obviously preferable!).

We have had an au pair previously but my daughter is too old for that now and that's not what we're looking for. My daughter is often out at activities and can come and go by herself, but it's really just to keep her company so she's not eating by herself or getting lonely while I'm out at work etc.

Our house is 20 mins by bus from town centre/uni, with garden, and right beside the beautiful Pentlands Hills. We’re an all-girl and veggie household and have two cute guinea pigs. Happy to chat over or answer any questions if you’re interested/curious 🙂
