Bus routes 5, 16, 27, 45, 400 close by, giving very easy access to the city centre. Close to morningside (my personal favourite part of edi). Beautiful and calm part of the city, surrounded by lovely green parks and valleys.

Wifi is set up with excellent connection. Excellent kitchen with large fridge and freezer, big oven. Lots of room in bedroom with cupboard and wardrobe already included.

Only things expected of you are a decent level of cleanliness and self care. I am a graduate psychologist, expecting to go into counselling training in september.
