Beautiful double room with private bathroom

Light and airy apartment. Freshly decorated with a homey feel. My apartment is located just south of Edinburgh city centre in the beautiful village of Colinton. Colinton has a lot to offer with local restaurants, pubs, cafe etc. It's also great for people who like to be outdoors with amazing woods to walk / run through, and the Pentland hills on the door step for a great hike.
It’s only a two minute walk to the bus stop or taxi's / Ubers are readily available. Easy access to city centre and the airport.
There is free on street parking.

The apartment is extremely safe with a gated complex and locked door to the block.

Quiet flat but close to the city if you want some noise!

I have two cats that keep to themselves and are very clean.

You will have a Private bathroom, with toilet, sink, bath and rainfall shower

Wardrobe space and drawer space, plus additional attic space for suitcases etc, 50 inch TV in your room.

WIFI, council tax, energy etc are all included in the price

washing machine, dishwasher, top range appliances

I’m a young professional working from home but I do travel regularly for work. Looking for someone I get along with and can have a laugh with. Someone reliable with stable employment is preferable and someone who likes cats as they are big sooks and will want to give you cuddles <3
I am an introverted extrovert - so I really need quiet downtime but also love to have a chat, go out for drinks, dinners, shows etc. I am a clean freak, i need people to clean and tidy up after themselves as I do too.

I'm open to short term lets of 4 weeks - 3 months this would be charged at £350.00 per week
