Hello!! 1 large double bedroom available in colinton mains drive . Ground floor and a minute away from tesco and close to Edinburgh leisure. Lovely walks available. Living room , kitchen and bathroom is shared . Very sunny and bright . Room and the house is furnished well . Pets are welcome (except birds) . I don’t have any pets at the moment.
Current Flatmate - I am a 28yr old area manager who works 6 days a week . I love to cook and don’t mind sharing it with my Flatmate!
I like to chat and I am always down for a few drinks and good conversation .
Looking for - someone who gets along well but also respects personal space . Keeps the shared space clean and tidy ( or at least ready to contribute for the cleaner once a week) there are 2 lawns that have to be maintained time to time . , I am fine with get togethers and gatherings but anything that ends around 10pm as I like to unwind and chill after that.
