Room to rent in a bright garden flat

Nice room sharing in a ground floor flat with a very friendly cat and live in landlord. The flat has a nice private garden is near lots of outdoor spaces (Hermitage, and Braidburn valley park) near-bye. Neighbours are very friendly and the area is pretty good in my opinion.

There is on street parking and a great bus service into the city (number 16 and number 5), that will get you to princes street in 20/30minutes) Spacious and comfy living room, virgin broadband. The bathroom has both a shower and a bath. The kitchen has everything you will need for making meals with plenty of space on the worktops and in the cupboards. There is a large Tesco, Aldi and Morrisons all about 15 minutes walk away.

I'm looking for a flatmate who is working or studying. I want to find the right person to share with so would have to have meet you before moving in. I'm not considering people who are in a different town or country and wants to set up a place for when they move, sorry. I'm keen to live with someone who has some common interests and is respectful of other people around them. I love music, nature, and animals.
