I am a landlord looking for a professional female tenant for my flat in Colinton Mains, Edinburgh.
The flat has two bedrooms, one of which is available to rent for £550 (pcm). Council tax and utilities separate.
There is a large shared living room with a balcony area and shared kitchen and bathroom, which includes both a shower and bath.
The flat has direct bus links into town right outside the front door, and is close to a Scotmid, large Tesco, post office and many takeaways.
It is on the second floor of the building, and the stairs are well maintained, as well as the outdoor grass area outside the front of the building.

The flat was completely stripped and renovated with a new shower/toilet, kitchen appliances, flooring and carpets when I bought it, so it is new and fresh inside.
