A spacious double room is available from 24th August 2024.
Your room is fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables.
We share kitchen and bathroom. Every room has double glazed windows. The flat is therefore bright and pretty warm specifically in winter.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances such as gas stove, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster. The kitchen has two prep bars, a lot of storages in cupboards. Cutleries, cookwares, dishes are also provided.
Some other facilities in the shared area you might want to know are washing machine, and a good shower.
We have two storage rooms in door, and another one outside the flat near front door.
The flat is in Oxgangs area, 20 mins walk to Craiglockhart Campus- Edinburgh Napier university. It is close to Colinton, Chesser and Morningside.
Bus 16, 5,4,27 well connect to city center. Bus 400 connects to Edinburgh airport.
10 mins walk to big Tesco supermarket, 15 mins walk to Aldi, 20 mins walk to Morrison, 4 mins walk to ScotMid.
Free parking in the neighbourhood if you drive.
Green parks are also in walking distance. Eg. 6 mins away to a lovely Braidburn Valley Park.

I'm a professional working in finance industry. My job is hybrid, I work 2-3 days from home. I'm originally from Southeast Asia. I've lived in Edinburgh for a few years; and definitely fall in love with it.
I'm looking for a like for like flatmate. It's ideally a female professional; or a post graduate student.
I'm looking for a flatmate who is tidy, respectful and mindful. It's pretty rare for me to party at home neither to bring friends home often. Even I'm quite social but I mostly meet my friends outside. As I trust my flatmates would want a quite flat to live in or to relax. So, I hope we are agree to this point :)
Please note the flat is not for smokers or drinkers. I don't smoke neither do I drink :)
