My name is Jo and I am a primary teacher. I enjoy cooking, running and yoga.
I will be working away Nov-June and therefore you have the entire flat to yourself for these 8 months (aside from my bedroom). The available bedroom is a double room with a large storage cupboard. The flat is an 'upper villa' within a block of four. It has its own front door. It is a really bright flat.
As I will not actually be living in the flat, you will be responsible for the bills. Council tax is £125 (single occupancy) and the gas/electricity is usually around £65/month. The WiFi is included in the price of the room.
It is a newly renovated, spacious flat. The location is great for buses and there are beautiful walks in The Pentland Hills nearby. If you drive, there is a driveway which could fit two cars. The garden is spacious.
