Double room would suit mature student

I have a lovely double room in a large flat in a beautiful part of Edinburgh about 3miles from the city centre. There is free on-street parking and there are local shops and pubs. There are several and very frequent buses which pass the property that go to all the major universities in Edinburgh and also to the city centre 3 miles away. The airport is 4 miles away and there is a bus directly to it from the flat. Short term let preferred. Would suit someone coming to Edinburgh for postgraduate studies or a professional with a short term contract. Overseas students welcome. The flat is very quiet, I am an older professional who is usually very busy and I socialise outside the flat so the person applying would need to be self sufficient and focused, although I would be happy to help someone familiarise themselves with the city and Scottish culture.
