Share a clean kitchen, lounge, and bathroom. I do have a kind of music room which you are more than welcome to use. There will be a treadmill in there too soon.

Full access to the garden and patio.

It is just me living there, no other people.

Morrisons: 10 minute walk
Scotmid: 2/3 minute walk
Pentland Hills are a 15 minute walk (Stunning walks)

There is also argubably the best Kebab shop in Edinburgh just before Tesco, a chemist, chinese restaurant, sandwich shop, barber/hairdreseers, post office, big local park and excellent doctor's surgery next to Tesco.

Bus stop 1 is a 1 minute walk: Has the number 4, 27 and 18 (Airport bus)
Bus stop 2: is a 3 minute walk: Has the 5 and 16 (Major bus)

The buses generally get you central in about 20-25 mins

I am incrediably polite, courtious and friendly. I love going for a walk, reading, watching documentaries, comedies and I'm a keen cook.

I work a 9:00-17:30 day but when I get home I usually pop out to see my two children. I work an alternating day every weekend too with every Wednesday off.
