Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with a free residents car park you can use if you have a car. The number 16 and 10 bus routes are close by, and it takes around 25 mins to get to city centre on the bus. Big Morrisons (20 min walk) and Big Tesco (10 min walk) nearby. Lots of lovely walks in the area, and just up the road from Colinton Village for close by walkable amenities. Super easy access to the bypass close by.

£950 per month all-in with utility bills, council tax and internet included. Crockery, cookware etc. provided as well as duvet/pillows/linens/towels unless you prefer to use your own! I also have a private garage so there is the possibility of storing some items in there as well.

Sharing with me, 30 year old professional female, and my super sweet 13 year old indoor cat Allie! I work at the office Monday-Friday in the property sector, and love cosy nights in, good food, rom coms and board games :)

Looking for a fellow professional or mature student female aged between 20 and 40, non-smoking, who enjoys friendly company as well as their own calm space, and is happy & comfortable around cats :) Allie has access to the lounge, hallway and my bedroom (not the kitchen) but you can of course keep your bedroom door shut to her. She is a very shy and sleepy girl, but once she gets to know you she is super cuddly.
