Good sized room for single occupancy

I am looking for a student for my good sized room in family home. The room is light and airy with a small double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, desk, dressing table, comfy chair and tv. There is a beautiful view from the room looking over Edinburgh to Fife. The bathroom and kitchen are shared and there is a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and a personal fridge. There is a small, friendly dog in the house. You will also have the use of a mature and good sized garden. The house is near the number 16 bus route and not far from numbers 10, 45 and 400. This would suit a student studying at Napier or Heriot Watt university .I am happy to have a short term let. The room is free from the last week in August (but please ask if you require to come earlier) I look forward to welcoming you.
