There is a shared lounge/dining room. All bills and Council tax included. My husband and I live in the 2 storey bungalow with our 2 very friendly dogs. We believe age is just a number and really enjoy having people stay with us. Another bedroom is occupied at present by a lovely, friendly, female 22 year old professional. We all work hard and respect each others privacy whilst being sociable also. On direct bus route to Airport, 5 mins and City Centre, approx 25 mins, on 17 bus route to Ocean Terminal, 10 mins walk from South Gyle rail station, 15 mins walk from Gyle Centre and trams, Edinburgh Gateway train station, Edinburgh Park and on bus routes to West Lothian and Falkirk/Stirling.
