All Bills Included ~ Female Preferred Household

We currently have a room to let in our female preferred household.

We are looking for someone to take the room on a short term basis from January 2026 for a 3 to 5 month period - absolutely all bills are included.

The ground floor consists of a Living room, kitchen and dining area with french doors leading to a sunny private back garden which is fully enclosed.

We have a newly fitted bathroom which you will share with only one other person.

The fresh and sunny bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers plus a desk and comfortable chair. The bedroom has a lockable door with key for your privacy.

The house is in a perfect location with great transport links. There are direct buses to City Centre (Princes Street), The Bridges and Newington, the Gyle, the airport, ocean terminal etc. Bus numbers 26, 21, 31 and 200 are frequent and some run 24/7. We are close to M8, city bypass and Forth Road Bridge for commuters. We have two private car parking bays however there’s unlimited free on street parking too.

A 10 min walk takes you to Tesco superstore Corstorphine and also restaurants and bars. There’s a leisure centre with swimming and gym facilities within a 5 min walk.

The rent is £600 per calendar month and includes all bills including council tax, gas, electric, virgin media tv and super fast broadband plus Netflix too.
