Room to rent (part-furnished; Bills inc.)

Hello!

We are looking for a professional/student roommate to share 3 bedroom flat in Carrick Knowe (EH12 7BL).

Room is part-furnished with sofa (folding out into a double bed), clothes rack and has a window with backyard view. There is space for storage in living room.

There is a large shared living room, bathroom and kitchen. We have a nice big backyard for BBQ’s and more. Outside storage for your bicycle or things. Free parking place.

There’s 4min. walk to bus stop (1), another bus stop 8min. away (1;2;22). Also 6min. away tram that takes you to city center or airport and 17min. away for night bus to airport (Airlink 100). There is 7min. away small co-op shop.

You would be living with two professionals. We are friendly and easy going. I’m working as a carer with long shifts 3-4 days in a week. There’s a cat living in the flat as well, so be aware if you have any allergies.

We are looking for someone tidy, polite and respectful.

Rent is 480£ per month + 480£ deposit. In a price comes rent, bills, household goods.

Room is available from beginning of November. There is possibility for a look around visit.
