The flat also has shared outside space seen in the photographs.

There are two parking spaces linked to the flat. The neighbours and immediate area are quiet. As noted, there are direct bus links to Heriot Watt which is also an easy cycle or walk. The tram into the City is a ten minute walk to one of two stations nearby.

There are two retail parks within walking distance which include TESCO and there is an abundance of food outlets which all provide delivery.
