Double Room to rent from mid June in Edinburgh

Double room available from mid June. Based in Edinburgh.

I am a full time teacher, love being active and looking for someone to move into the spare room in my property. Ideally clean and tidy. I also have a nice cat called big liz who lives with me every second week.

Room comes with 2 large wardrobes, all kitted out with ikea pax, handy bedside lights, usb and plug points at both sides of the bed. Tv with fire stick (Disney, Netflix and prime). Also a large cupboard to store bulkier items.

Including (but not exclusively)
WiFi, Large fridge, large freezer, power shower, washing machine, outside area with fire pit and electricity, garden space, dinning room table.
