Two great bright double rooms for rent

Room 1 is on the first floor where there is also a bathroom and the living area. It looks out onto the back garden.

There is already someone in the other room on this floor. The bathroom (which includes a shower, bath and toilet) is for the use of the residents of the first floor.

Room 1 will be available from end of August - you can see in the pic that it is large, lovely and bright.

Room 3 is a spacious double room on the second floor and is available from 13th July. There are two rooms on the second floor and they share the shower and toilet.

The living room, and fully equipped kitchen are on the first floor and there is also a wee garden with access through a back lane.

It is a lovely spacious sunny flat! We are on the main road the buses travel to Edinburgh in 15 minutes, with easy access to bus stops.

Jamie my grandson lives in the property and is studying Business in an apprenticeship.
