Single room for rent. On Corstorphine Road near Edinburgh zoo. All bills included.

On all main bus routes. Very convenient for the Gyle, RBS at gogarburn, 100 bus to airport and the city centre. On street parking is available.

The fully furnished room is for single occupancy, located on the second floor of a town house.  You will share a shower room, kitchen and utility room with 2 other tenants.  Access to a bathroom on the 1st floor is available if required. 

Room comprises of small double bed (duvet, bed linen and towels supplied if required) wardrobe, chest of drawers, table/desk with chair, easy chair, and electric heater. The wifi is through BT.
