Happy to socialise in the evenings/weekends but also looking for someone who will be respectful when I work from home ocasionally.
The house is in a great location - 3 mins from South Gyle station, which is only a 10min train journey to Haymarket and Edinburgh Waverley. The airport is only 30mins away by public transport and there are direct buses to Glasgow nearby. Within a 15min walk is a big Tesco, Lidl, Morrisons, the Gyle shopping centre, cafes, take outs and more.
The nearest tram stop is Bankhead, only 10min walk from the house and there are numerous bus stops nearby to connect right across the city - busses 2, 12, 18, 21, 22, 35 and 70. Edinburgh Gateway, Edinburgh Park station, and RBS Gogarburn are also all easily accessible.
It's a great location with David Lloyd Corstorphine Spa & Gym just across the park, The Gym Group nearby and Drumbrae Leisure Centre just over a mile away.

The fablous private owner always responds quickly to fix any issues, while also respecting that this is our home. No letting agents to deal with!!
