The flat has a large living area, a modern kitchen, and private off-road parking.
As I work shifts, it’s important that the person I live with understands the need for a quiet, respectful atmosphere, especially during night-time hours. I'm looking for someone who is tidy, clean, and considerate of others' space and routines.
This flat is not suitable for students. Applicants should be employed and meet the financial criteria (salary 30x the monthly rent or equivalent savings).
