Hi, my name is Georgina and I am the current flatmate in this lovely 2-bed flat in Corstorphine, which is situated in a lovely quiet residential area. The rent is £625 per month which includes all furnishings, council tax, gas and electric and broadband. There is also safe car parking available right outside the property on a private road. The room has a double size bed, TV, built in wardrobes, 2 bedside tables, 4 large drawers under the bed for storage and a 6 drawer chest of drawers.
The flat is a 5 minute walk to a bus stop with regular service into Edinburgh city centre. It is also a 5 minute drive to the nearest train and tram stop and less than 10 minutes to the gyle shopping centre.
A little bit about me - I am 25 years old, and have lived in the flat for the past two years. I am about to start training to become a mental health nurse, and am interested in all things psychology, history, art, aswell as enjoying walking/hiking, or just going for coffee and cake! I am a tidy person, and would look to work with my flatmate to ensure this remains a comfortable and welcoming space to live in! I hope my future flatmate and I can hang out and be friends, whilst also respecting our own time and space :)
