Taking sabbatical looking for a lodger. Prime flat

Hi,

My boyfriend and I are about to take a 3 months sabbatical till end of May (with option to extend till early June) and we looking for someone to take my study (which has a comfortable sofa bed and a standing desk) for a few months. We are going on holiday from 16th Jan till 7th February and will be back for a few weeks before officially going on our sabbatical. We might pop back sometime but most likely not. I have a nice flatmate and two very cute cats. My flat is gorgeous by the way with a lovely balcony overlooking the Pentland hills . Looking for a nice clean lodger who will respect and care for my home until I return. Include council tax and WiFi but need to share energy bills and cleaner fee with my flatmate and if we are around will share pro rata.
