Hi! I’m a friendly 34-year-old IT professional, I enjoy mountain biking, outdoors and painting. I’m looking for a clean and communicative person to rent a double room in my upper semi-detached flat(main door)

The flat has a spacious living room, garden, fast fibre broadband (WiFi6), a brand-new large TV, smart home devices, free on-street parking, plus attic access if you need extra space. Bathroom has mains-powered shower(good water pressure). Room has windows on both sides and is fully furnished.

Great location—just a few minutes’ walk to the tram stop with quick links: 15 mins to the city center, 18 mins to the airport.

All bills are included.

Other room is occupied by 29 year old friendly male who also works in IT.
