One room will be available from 1st August in our clean and well-maintained shared house, ideal for a female tenant seeking a long-term stay. The current tenants are female professionals, all from the same university background. We live in a respectful, quiet, and tidy environment and are looking for someone who shares the same values.

Rent & Bills:
• Monthly rent: £450 (excluding bills)
• Council tax, utility bills, and Wi-Fi are shared between three people
• Bills depend on usage, but usually come to around £130 per person per month
