Comfortable single room in a bright and quiet flat in Corstorphine, close to tram/bus stops and shops.

The room is currently furnished with desk, chair and a single bed and it features a spacious built in wardrobe.
There's 1 shared bathroom and a kitchen with plenty of storage.
There's a shared garden available if you like to sunbathe when the weather decides to bless Edinburgh, and unrestricted street parking if you have a car.
£600 is the price for room + bills and council tax included.

My cats live here as well.
I've got a 7 years old orange tabby, she's a friendly chunky fluff always seeking for some attention, pets and cuddles. She's very adorable, quiet and very friendly, she will make biscuits on you if you're wearing something fluffy and she may seek for some company if I'm not in. My other cat is 6 months old, she's very playful, always running about looking for something to do (most of the times she bothers the other cat trying to convince her to play fight or chase, bless her). Please make sure to apply only if you're comfortable with the experience of having cats and are ok with some hair and fluff (I'm a clean and tidy person but regardless there's always cat hair: a lint roller is provided for us to share ahah!).

I'm a quiet and respectful professional, I work full time and when I'm home I like to chill and relax. I'm always up for a wee chat, whether that's sharing tips and secrets on the recipes I like to cook, a book, some news, etc... I like to watch series in the evening, I'm passionate about nature, animals, music, philosophy, food. Of course, I love cats!
