Hi, my name is Alister. I'm a 30 year old technology professional. My flatmate is moving out at the end of September and I'm looking to fill his space.

The flat is located in the Maybury area, it is a less than ten minute walk from Edinburgh Gateway train/tram station so has great access to city centre. It is also less than ten minutes from the Gyle Shopping Centre and a less than 20 minute walk to Lidl/Tesco Extra.

The property has two bedrooms, Kitchen, Livingroom, one bathroom (shower/Bath), a separate WC, a large garden surrounding the flat and two balconies.

The landlady is very nice and accommodating, she is quick to fix any issues and replace any faulty appliances. Our neighbours are a mixture of families, professionals and pensioners so there can't really be any mad parties but you are of course welcome to have friends, partners etc. round.

I am looking for someone who is considerate, tidy and responsible to share the space with.

A bit about me: I work in technology, I really enjoy going to the gym, cooking, gaming, reading and going out to pubs/restaurants. I'm a sociable person but I also like staying in and chilling out too.
