A room has come up for rent in our flat, as a current occupant is leaving. The room for rent is the larger room, with its own bathroom. The flat is close to the airport (10 minutes) and has plentiful public transport nearby along with underground parking. The flat has a large living room and dining room/kitchen and a balcony with a good view.

There is only one other occupant (myself). I am a friendly outgoing guy, who is clean and tidy. I am 27, enjoy going to the gym, running and socialising. I am a professional and I work at the airport.

Bills are not included (so I would anticipate a total cost of £980-£1000) once all bills are paid (including council tax)

There is plentiful parking, and a storage cupboard for any belongings you may have (not pictured). Room comes semi-furnished with a chest of drawers and a bed. The room also has a built in wardrobe, with plentiful storage
