Double room for available £550 + Utilities

I’m a 39-year-old finance professional looking for a roommate for the second bedroom in my flat. The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, two off-street parking spaces, a deck, and a partial garden. It’s a calm, comfortable space, so I’m ideally looking for someone on the quieter side (not a big partier).

I have a 13.5-year-old rescue dog, so you’ll need to be a dog lover. He’s very friendly but can be a bit chatty when he first meets new people — once he settles, he’s an absolute sweetheart. There may be occasional times I need to leave him at home during the day or evening.

The bedroom comes partially furnished with a bed, nightstand, clothing rack, and an optional desk (which can be removed if you prefer).

Costs:
• Security deposit: £625
• Rent: £550 per month
• Utilities (including internet, gas/electric, and council tax): approximately £156 per month

*The landlord has a 1 pet limit in the flat so unfortunately no other pets are allowed
