Description
I sadly have to move back to my hometown :(
Here are a few details about the room:
Ground-floor flat with a lovely garden in Costorphine.
Only about 30 minutes from Heriot-Watt University by either cycle or bus.
Napier University is only 10 minutes away by cycle or 20 minutes by bus.
Around 20 minutes from Edinburgh city centre by tram.
Rent is £600 per month.
As far as I know, a deposit will probably not be required because my current flatmate has already paid it, although this should be discussed with the letting agency.
Utility bills are split between both tenants and usually come to around £30 - 70 per person per month, depending on usage.
From September onwards, my flatmate will also be a student, which means the flat will be exempt from council tax (if you are also a student)!
Speaking of my flatmate... she's incredibly easy-going and friendly. She is currently a professional but will be returning to university in September. She also has the sweetest Siberian Husky! He's extremely affectionate and spends pretty much all day doing three things: sleeping, eating, and asking for cuddles.
Pet owners are especially welcome. (Odi - the husky - is super friendly with everyone and has lived with dogs and cats before) Also note: pet owners may have to pay a deposit.
