LOCATION
Well appointed, clean, safe comfortable accommodation in a modern 4 storey block at Pinkhill Park, a quiet development situated beside Carricknowe Golf Course and opposite Edinburgh Zoo.
My flat looks out onto beautiful Scots Pine trees and it's a joy to watch the wildlife.
TRANSPORT & PARKING
The bus stop is approx. a 5 minute walk with a regular service to the city centre and Edinburgh Airport. The no. 12 serves the Gyle shopping centre.
Balgreen tram stop is approx. a 10 minute walk away running from Edinburgh Airport to Newhaven.
Within the grounds there is unallocated parking and an underground open garage.
FACILITIES
Room comprises:
built-in single wardrobe / pine double bed / pair of matching bedside tables / large chest of drawers / desk with office-style chair / TV / hairdryer / bed linen and towels / primary use of the bathroom located just across the hallway (occasionally I'll ask to use the bath (the shower is over the bath).
There is shared use of the open plan kitchen/dining/living room. I operate a no outdoor shoe policy to keep my flooring clean so it's advisable to pack slippers.
Sundry items (washing up liquid/clothes washing detergents/dishwasher tablets) are included at no extra charge.
SHOPPING
There's a range of shops and eateries including a Co-Op and Weatherspoon's in Corstorphine Village. There is a Lidl and large Tesco supermarket approx. 1.5 miles.

I'm 53 and I work in the field of office administration. I am currently looking for work so I am at home during the day. I enjoy the arts (art exhibitions / theatre / cinema). I work close by so on occasions I return home for lunch. I am a sociable person but who likes some time to myself every now and then. I'm a big fan of Coronation Street and I also enjoy watching dramas and films on Amazon Prime . I principally eat vegetarian food but I don't mind living with a meat eater.
I am looking to share with someone who is easy going, friendly, responsible, clean and tidy: a person who will treat my flat with a bit of TLC.
