**Sorry Room Now Gone**

Unfortunately my flatmate has had to move out, and I love the flat so would like to find someone new to move in!

The flat is spacious and fully furnished, and the room available for rent is a double. In a reasonably quiet area of Forrester Park near Costorphine, but bus routes nearby. Its a pretty girly looking flat so would prefer a female flatmate and a professional due to council tax (Sorry guys & Students).

Looking for someone who isn't a complete party animal but enjoys the odd night out as well as the odd night in or dinner.

I rent through an agency so anyone moving in would have to go through the usual process of application/deposit (Approx £650)etc. We can meet up for a chat or come round to the flat for a cuppa.
