Double room to rent - Carrick knowe Road

I am advertising on behalf of my new landlord who will have a double room available to rent from the 3rd of November. The house is a new buy, and so will not be available for viewings, but pictures can be viewed on request. Ideally, you would be available to meet with myself and the other current tenant for coffee/cake/juice to figure out if we all get along.
The ideal flat mate for us would be someone who is tidy, clean, relaxed and friendly. Someone who enjoys a night out, but is happy to have some quiet nights too.
The flat itself, consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower/bath. It is fully furnished and any tenant is welcome to bring their own things if need be. The property has a garden and drive, that will be shared.
