King Size Room to rent

I currently live here with my other half and are looking for a clean roommate as the room is lying empty, happy to barter on room rent rates

House has wifi, less than 5 mins walk to local shops and a bus service that goes straight into town from the doorstop of the house

I work away a lot so looking for someone trustworthy

We do have two cats that don't shed a lot of hair but every couple of days I do full sweep/vacuum of the house to keep ontop of any hair

Large driveway and plenty on street parking
