The flat is located just off Clermiston Road (Clerwood/Corstorphine). The 26 bus stop is within 5 minutes walking distance which takes you into the centre of town.
Please note that all bills/factor fees are included in the monthly rent figure so there would be nothing more to pay than the rent.
The flat will be shared with myself. I also have a dog who stays in the flat Wednesday - Friday so you need to be dog friendly :) I won't ask the person to look after the dog (unless they want too!).
**Non-smokers only and it is not a party flat. The person also needs to be clean and tidy.

Single guy who enjoys socialising, cinema, going out for drinks and a big football fan.
