A beautiful double bedroom (valued at £700 per month, including bills) is offered at a very affordable rate to a female/ single mom or a couple in exchange for babysitting my school boy who is in Primary 1 for a few hours each month due to my work commitments. The idea is to collaborate with the tenant in raising our children ( for single mothers)without stress and to share experiences while also forming a new friendship. I am alone here in Edinburgh and my aim is not financial rather I want to raise my son in a healthy and proper way, with manageable costs.
