Bright & Cozy Double Room in Craiglockhart

Looking for a clean, friendly housemate to share our home in Craiglockhart. The room availible is a bright and spacious double room that comes part-furnished.

The house is a detached bungalow that comes fully furnished with living room, kitchen (including washing machine & dishwasher), separate bathroom and shower room as well as plenty of storage throughout the property.
There is also a large garden/patio area, a private driveway with further free on street parking and a garage which is currenlty used as a work space and additional storage.

The house is in an ideal location just 2 minutes off bus routes 4, 20, 34, 44, 36 and 5 minutes off the 10, 27 and 45 - giving good access to all universities There is a Sainsbury's and a 24 hour ASDA a 5 minute walk round the corner.

You would be joing me (Amy) and Charlie. We are both currently students but also work part-time as well, myself as a postie and Charlie as a PT. We are clean and tidy and enjoy spending time in the living room chilling watching TV or going out bouldering or playing badminton with friends. We keep a really relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the house and would love someone who could join in with that.
We also have a cat, he is an indoor cat and very well behaved so you would need to be comfortable with cats.

We are preferably looking for woman to join us who is also a student but are open to non-students if they are willing to cover majority of the council tax (which is Tax Band F). We would like someone who is also clean and tidy and open to keeping the house a comfortable shared space.
