One double bedroom with good size closet is available for rent in a cozy furnished flat on a quiet street just four minutes walking from the Edinburgh Retail Park West. An excellent transport hub that operates around the clock to the city centre. ASDA 24hours is very close. Some takeaways and Spice of Asia super mart are reachable in 15 minutes by walk. Gym is 0.3miles and walking track is also near by for a good exercise or a walk. The room is available. You will be sharing this flat with me. I work for a university in Edinburgh and stay in the office for most of the day. I like to cook specially on weekend and enjoy going out to explore new places. I am looking for a female professional or a PhD student or masters student (preferred) who respects the space. No partying, please.
