Double room in Slateford available now

Hi!

We're 3 Napier music students looking for a new flatmate. The room is a cosy ground floor double room with a desk and lots of storage space. There’s a shower room right next door and a toilet just across the hall (plus a bath and toilet upstairs).

We have a communal area on the first floor with the kitchen and living room that we like to hang out in, but we also value our independence so it’s not too hectic or loud. We enjoy watching films and playing music and stuff, and sometimes cook together.

We're right next to a 24-hour Asda, and close to Aldi. We’re also close to the Water of Leith Visitor Centre and the Union Canal. It’s a 10-minute walk to Craiglockhart campus, and there’s direct buses to Heriot Watt, Merchiston, and Sighthill. It also has great bus links to the city centre, and Haymarket and Waverley train stations.

It's £550 rent, around £40 for bills - all paid monthly.

We are planning on staying in the house until July and ending our tenancy then.

We have a student let so you’d need to be a student to move in, and you must have a UK based guarantor. It’s under Murray & Currie so they’d need to do some reference checks if you want to move in.
