Hey! We’re two girls (recent grads) and one guy (third year uni student) looking for a friendly, clean, and sociable new flatmate to join us in our lovely flat.
We’re a chilled, easy-going bunch who like hanging out together — whether that’s cooking, watching a film, or going out for drinks. Definitely looking for someone who’s up for socialising and not just hiding away in their room!
Bills typically between £25-60pcm depending on the weather! We’d be looking for someone available to pay rent from 1st August and able to pay deposit directly to the letting company within the next couple of days to secure the flat for the next year!
We keep the place clean and tidy, so looking for someone who’ll do the same and respect the shared spaces. Students or young professionals both welcome!
